What I Brought Home

I attended a coaching conference Monday and Tuesday and refreshed on coaching skills (this is a life coach, not a sports coach). Anyway, I brought home a cold. There are things of all different colors coming out of my nose. I would post a picture, but it kind of makes me sick to look at it. Therefore; I will post tomorrow on the things I learned at the coaching conference.
